Working with a diverse set of partners across Vancouver, Seattle and Toronto, Liam analyzes emergency risk for the world’s largest sporting event. Driven by engagement and data with a professional certificate in Behavioural Insights from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Liam is passionate about improving both access to and quality of emergency support for the public. Liam holds a graduate degree in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Victoria. |
