Dr. Mark Keim is the Assistant Division Director at Fairfax County Health Department in Virginia and a global expert in disaster medicine and public health emergencies. A former senior leader at CDC, he served as Associate Director for Science and led major responses including Hurricane Katrina and the Anthrax attacks. Dr. Keim has authored over 50 publications, contributed to climate and health research with the UN and U.S. government, and currently teaches at Emory and Harvard-affiliated programs. |
