Why We're Not Ready

WEBINAR DETAILS
Today’s crises behave less like discrete incidents and more like fast‑moving, cross‑domain campaigns that exploit seams across cyber, legal, information, and supply chains; the core problem is a speed mismatch, where cascading effects outrun institutional sensing and decision cycles, a “velocity of crisis” that traditional plans weren’t built to handle. This webinar focuses on that shift and what it means for security governance: clarifying decision rights under ambiguity, pre‑defining triggers for action, and integrating airspace, cyber, and critical‑infrastructure oversight so leaders can respond coherently to modern disruptions, including drone‑related incidents and similar emerging threats, with audit‑ready, explainable choices at operational tempo. Join Kyle King, Founder of Crisis Lab and former NATO Civil Emergency Advisor, as he explores these complex crises, why existing governance isn’t enough, and what leaders can do to stay audit-ready and decisive in the face of modern disruptions.
