SPEAKER BIO Justin Snair, M.P.A., Managing Partner and Senior Principal Consultant, has 18 years of experience managing complex projects with local, state, and federal governments and public health sector stakeholders. He has worked for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM), NACCHO, Acton Health Department in Massachusetts, served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a combat engineer and is a service disabled combat veteran. Justin offers expertise in policy, research, and practice across the fields of public and environmental health, critical infrastructure protection, health science, emergency management, and technology. He holds a M.P.A. from Northeastern University, with a concentration critical infrastructure and information assurance, a B.S. in Health Science from Worcester State University, and was an Executive Fellow with Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative. |
